To delete categories in the link manager right click the category in the tree menu.   The context menu will then appear.  Select “Edit Category” from the menu and the following properties screen will be displayed:

 

Click the “Delete Link Category” button and you will be prompted to confirm the deletion.  

 

 

Click “OK” and the category will be deleted.
