A directory of contacts can be built up on the site. These contacts are administered by the site administrator.
The contact can all details from Name and Qualifications through to their contact address, phone numbers and email addresses. It can also include a photograph and a copy of their CV.
An example is shown below:

To add a new contact to the directory navigate to the contact page that you have set up and right click on the item in the site tree to access the context menu.
Select “Add New Contact” from the menu. You will be shown a blank contact form in the right hand frame of the browser.



Complete all the details for the contact that you wish to add and then click Save Details.
