St Mark’s InContact Bowel Control Support Group

Our Support Group is run by people with bowel control problems for people with less than perfect Bowel Control, their Carers and Partners.

With approximately 4 quarterly Meetings a year (next one TBA) held at St Mark’s Hospital, Watford Road, Harrow, in the Lecture Rooms on Level 6, we offer a friendly environment to join together to hear a talk by a speaker on a relevant subject, listen to others’ experiences and share your own and thereby to gain in confidence, knowledge and ability to cope with the day to day stresses, strains and practical problems of living with faecal incontinence.

There is an InContact Head Office website to visit online at www.incontact.org which has a huge amount of information available, help leaflets can be downloaded, a message board to post for help and a general Chatroom weekly with a once a month Chatroom specifically for bowel problems.
